Flowers by month….we start making bouquets in April and continue until the end of October. Here are some of our favorite flowers we grow, by month.
In April we begin to clip fragrant daffodils, tulips, and cerinthe, pictured above.
May brings an absolute burst of color with roses, clematis, lupine, snowball tree, peonies, salvia & yarrow.
June explodes with color, texture, and fragrance with sweet peas, roses, snapdragons and so many more.
As July draws near, we begin to see the heat-loving flowers come into bloom, including the gorgeous dahlias, zinnias, asters & lisianthus.
August, September, and October continue the brilliant hues of summer, with dahlias, zinnias, amaranth, wild bergamot, yarrow, cosmos, lisianthus & ageratum.
